PLEASE NOTE as of February 2024, we will be forced increase postal charges for all international orders, epically North America, due to very significant price increases. In some cased they have doubled. We are a very small business, and cannot adsorb this increase. We continue to charge postage at cost.

ORDERING AND BUYING:

Buying a ready made model: Contact us via email to confirm availability, quoting the reference number and description on the listing. The reference will look like this 20230723 SMALL FFL Fort. Please give your location in the email and we will confirm its availability and postage cost.

We will hold the model for 7 days until payment is recieved. We reserve the right to offer the model for sale again after the 7 days if payment is not recieved.

If you accept, we will send a PayPal Request. You will given a tracking reference when your model goes into the post.

Ordering a standard model: Contact us via email giving the details of model you are interested and your location, and we will give a confirmed price and postage charge, and an estimated completion time.

Ordering a custom design: Before contacting us, please refer to the page on ordering custom projects under PRODUCTS AND SERVICES HERE.

PAYMENT METHORDS:

UK Customers: We accept PayPal (preferred method) using this email address: andrew210868@blueyonder.co.uk ; UK bank transfers and cheques payable to Andrew Birch.

NON-UK Customers: PayPal Only.

PayPal can used even if you do not have a PayPal Account.

We will normally send a PayPal request, confirming the details of the order, and the amount due.

POSTAGE: We always use a signed and track service, using Royal Mail or DPD. We will send you the tracking details or if using DPD, they will send you notification via email/text. We will need a mobile/cell phone number if we use DPD.
