PAYMENT METHODS

CHEQUES: Made out to Andrew Birch, in British Pounds Sterling Drawable on a UK Bank Account.

PAYPAL: In British Pounds Sterling, using my email address. Please contact me, with the full details of the order, and your PayPal ID/Email, and I will send you an Invoice.

By arrangement, in advance, I will consider other payment methods for orders over £50.00 British Pounds Sterling.

EURO's

I am currently looking into opening a EURO account, and hope too be able accept cheques and bank transfers made in EUROs soon.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Colonial Steamboat Company is the trading name of Andrew D Birch.

All items remain the property of Andrew D Birch trading as the Colonial Steamboat Company, until payment as been received and cleared.

The design rights for all models and products made and sold under the trading name The Colonial Steamboat Company remain with Andrew D Birch and are not transferred with the sale. In addition, third party design and copyright ownership rights may exist on component parts and products sold by the Colonial Steamboat Company, and are not transferable.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING for resin models and other products, except were listed, handmade products have separte postal rates, which are a listed on the same page as the model listing.

COLLECTING AT SHOWS & EVENTS

If you are visiting a show that we will be attending as a traders, you can place an order in advance to be collected on the day of the show. CLICK HERE for Event Calander.

If you would like to place an advance order, please order 7 Days in advance of the show as we may not be able to complete the order. We cannot accept any advance orders within 48 hours of the show.

ADVANCE SHOW/EVENT ORDER PAYMENT DISCOUNT

There is a 10% discount if payment is made in advance for orders over £30.00, if the order and payment is received 7 DAYS BEFORE the show, that means you need to post you order or payment 8-9 Days before the show. Payment can also be made using PayPal.

Handmade models pre-ordered and collected at a Tradeshow, have a 10%, with additional 10% in payment is recieved 7 Days for the Trade Show.

PAYMENT AND COLLECTION TERMS

If you are paying on the day of collection, you MUST pay for the order by 12:00 noon, unless agreed otherwise in advance. I reserve the right to sell any items after 13:00hrs, that are not paid for.

All items that have been PAID for, that are being held at the tradestand, must be collected by 15:00 hrs. Any pre-paid items not collected on the day of the show, will have the full price and a postage charge applied, and the difference will have to be paid for in advance before the order is dispatched.

I will refund any advance payment for uncollected items, less a £2.00 charge to cover my cost.
